Warranty Info & Repairs
MaxSteel Buildings, LLC has earned its reputation through quality craftsmanship and dependable products. If our products or services do not meet the standards established in our MaxSteel Limited Warranty, let us know by submitting the claims form.
- The claim form must be FILLED OUT COMPLETELY
- To correctly address the problem, we require a picture(s) of the area in need of repair along with the Warranty Claim Form. If you have a roof, window or door leak, we must have a picture of the inside AND outside of the building to process the claim.
- You may either complete this form to the right or print out the form by clicking it here. Mail any printed Warranty Claim Forms with a picture(s) of the damaged area to our home office at MaxSteel Buildings – Warranty Repairs Department, PO Box 331433, Murfreesboro, TN, 37133.
- Once we receive your completed Warranty Claim Form and/or picture(s) of the damaged area, we will be able to process your claim.
- Broken windows or locks and other appearance-related claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept claims for these items afterward.
- Processing time for the claim usually takes 2-4 weeks.
